The Queensland Government has just released a new draft version of the Minister’s Guidelines and Rules (MGR) which is open for comment until 7/08/20.
This version of the MGR proposes further changes to the ministerial infrastructure designation process to enable streamlined assessment of certain critical community infrastructure, as well as clarifies the process for local governments to make interim amendments to their LGIPs.
