Development Approval Secured for SDA Housing Project
Gaskell Planning Consultants have recently secured approval on behalf of a valued client for this Specialised Disability Accommodation (SDA) project in Wynnum. The development has been architecturally designed to achieve Platinum Level requirements of the Livable Housing Design Guidelines and High Physical Support requirements of the NDIS SDA Design Standards.
We are pleased to have contributed to a worthwhile project in collaboration with the idearchitecture pty ltd, Contour Consulting Engineers and Brisbane City Council and look forward to seeing this development come to life!
